Some friends hired bikes from this outfit. The chain broke on one rendering it unusable. Upon returning the bikes, expecting a civilised conversation about how a refund was due, the older guy who runs it refused to believe that the chain snapped as described and even wanted to charge extra! He was rude and very aggressive, leaving my friend feeling like she was being bullied. Appalling attitude and behaviour.

Great place, well maintained tracks, bike shop is very cool, can walk in to get some more knowledge and goodies or just for the banter. Really skilled guys, goes above and beyond to help out with broken bike or hire,purchase bike.

Absolutely excellent service. The team really helped me find the right bike for me and made sure that everything was right before I left the shop. I cannot thank them enough for the help they gave me and I am really happy with the bike selected.

Attended a family course yesterday with my three boys (all under 12). We had an awesome time with Robin who was very knowledgable and calm and kind. We learned so much about safety and he patiently taught us so many skills. My boys presented some challenges but Robin was on the job and built up their confidence with a kind smile and encouragement. Best day of the holidays so far. We had a blast and would not hesitate to recommend cyclewise 😀😀

A lovely place to cycle, well maintained trails, bikes to hire for most ages and well priced. Brought the family along to do the blue trail. Even my 6 year old managed the longer blue trail. (10km)
Will definitely visit again to take on the red and black routes.....!
