We were having problems with the 12v battery in our Kona electric car. The garage were able to arrange a replacement within a couple of hours, but as they weren't trained on electric vehicles they couldn't fit it. Nevermind, they lent me a couple of spanners, gave some moral support and advice, disposed of the old battery and we were on our way within 15 minutes without any problems. All good, and many thanks . Highly recommended.
Can't thanks the guys at High Hill enough. They managed to fault find and replace my turbo and get my car back ready in time to go on holiday. Very transparent, honest, professional and high standard of workmanship. Thanks all.

Being in Keswick on a family holiday from Belfast, I had an issue with my van. I called with High Hill Automotive after reading previous reviews. It was evident when I arrived that they were extremely busy, however Graham was very helpful and booked me in for the following morning. The issue turned out to be minor and what I was charged reflected this. Definitely an honest, helpful team, I would certainly recommend.
On holiday and rang on chance on a Saturday morning about a noise from the engine. Although very busy they fitted me in and sorted it out. Very highly recommended.

I had an internal water leak in coming into the drivers footwell. I diagnosed it as the drain from the air con. Repaired it but still leaking. Took it back and s second leak was found but charged me no more nor did they charge me to replace the battery in my fob. Polite pleasant staff and would go back again. Two months later still not leaking so must have solved it
