Had a rattle whilst in the Lakes for work. Took it in and Gemma was more than accommodating despite me just turning up. Chris identified the rattle within 30 minutes and I was good to go! Very friendly and helpful garage - definitely will recommend!
Fantastically helpful when I drove in with no appointment and part of the underside of my car hanging off. They fixed it straightaway and we were able to get on our way. BMW in Cockermouth said come back in 3 days!
I broke down while on holiday in Keswick and knowing I had to travel home the following day they took my car in, looked at the problem and fixed it and just charged me labour. Ok might not have been a major repair but for a family on holiday and not a mechanic myself you can imagine the stress of being stranded with the family not knowing when we could get home.
Barry picked my car up within 15 mins of calling the breakdown service. Delivered me and the car safely for the repair. Great service, highly recommended.
Came to keswick for a few days recovering knee replacement brought our mobility scooter but without key i know mad . Cannot thank Phil and Steven for going out of there way to get us sorted. Thank you again
Popped in with a Check Engine warning on M/home dash. Cleared in minutes, advised on cause, user error and best of all, no charge. Great to find a place as helpful as this these days....

Helped us out by phone when we rang from Germany regarding a Fiat problem we were having. Nothing too much trouble for Phillip who spent time & patience assisting us while stuck in a German Fiat dealership . Fantastic service from a friendly eager to help gentleman.
