RECEPTION PEOPLE ARE DONT CARE WHO RINGING OR HOW MANY TIME RINGING AND WHEN THEY AWNSER THE FONE ALL THE APPOITMENT BEEN BOOKED

Took my kids to school, drop them off then started calling the clinic, it keeps on ringing and ringing for more than 2p minutes until I arrived in the clinic. Saw all the receptionist sitting and not answering the phone. When I ask, this guy says tgat the ones that's answering the phone calls are at the back not them. I never argue with him but I knew the fact that they are the one answering the phone calls from patients. Awful receptionist!!!!

Never been in worst place! I must call 3 days for appointment when finally was in doctor consultation she need doing the blood test and said that i can come next day straight to the reception i was there but very rude receptionist told me that i don't have appointment for this. That i want speak with her manager but she's not call.. And who's is the fault when doctor tell different and bloody receptionist ignore what doctor wrote..

One of the worst chemists at all time couldn't even book a appointment when I was suggested from the health service that I needed a appointment in the next twenty four hours, pathetic absolutely pathetic!

Horrendous service.  Unqualified receptionists ask questions as though they are doctors. Very poor.
