Even though most of the staff are great. But I don't appreciate the open surgery times keep changing, and we as patients don't get told. Because of the merger we now have new staff, and the 2 Drs that came across are rubbish, also bringing thier patients aswell, being a burning to what was a good practice. And with all these changes made this from a 5 star down to a 3.

Advised me to book an appointment to review my repeat prescription with my Doctor nearer to the review date (when I went in in person to check), then when I called back to book an appointment a month before the review date had a go at me for not doing it in the summer and tried to make me feel like somehow it was my fault that there is no appointment available for four weeks. Not exactly a shining example of the merits of the NHS.

Took 2 weeks to get an appointment with my own doctor, was 40 mins running late and had to go to work. Next appointment 3 weeks!

Terrible experience! I went in for a repeat prescription for painkillers & to update them on my pain still not subsiding only to be told they didn't have time (as they only have 8mins) to listen to my ailments & produce a prescription in that time! A few other ridiculous comments also has led me to looking into logging a complaint procedure with the GPS & NHS.
