Before YourZone45 in Colliers Wood, I wasn't a gym go-er. I was always a member of a gym but could never bring myself to go. YourZone45 is a completely different way of getting fit. They have c. 60 classes a week to choose from, and every day they're slightly different. All classes are 45-47 minutes and the trainers are brilliant. Jeff, who runs the gym really pushes you to go harder, faster and makes you feel like you've got a personal trainer even though there's a few other people in the class.  Overall, a fantastic way to get into the gym and get fit - great trainers, great music and great monthly challenges. Highly recommend!

Everything well organized. Lots of different equipment to use. Social distancing due to the Covid in place. Feeling save to use. Great atmosphere and amazing workouts! Highly recommend if you want to improve your fitness!

I went for a free trial which I really enjoyed. They push you very hard to reach your goals which you can see on the screen at the front of the room. It is a bit of a competition with the other people that are there which I think is good for motivation. After having a good first session I really thought it was the right sort of excersice for me but when I found out it was £65 per month plus a joining fee of £75! I could not justify paying that amount

Very good concept gym in Bingley using heart rate monitoring and 'zone' workouts. Great for busy people.
