Excellent service, always prompt
it's a shame that you can't click no stars or I would have. Booked a taxi which turned up 20minutes late. when rining the hub we robbed off with excuses from one of the most rudest individuals I have ever spoke to in my life. so much so that when I complained the taxi was late which resulted in 3 women stuck in the rain at 2am in the morning he thought it accableable to hang up and refuse the answer any more of our calls, this was after informing me that my taxi would take as long as it takes and I would have to get on with it. I understand taxi drivers are busy however what I don't understand is why we weren't informed our taxi was going to be late and when questioned was given abuse from a service that I am paying for?. I will not be using this service again and would advise anyone travelling alone not to as you don't know how long you could be stranded!
Horrendous experience with this taxi service on Friday night, the taxi turned up 20 minutes late, the driver was consistently rude and passively aggressive throughout the journey and rufused to make anymore stops even though he was late. I will NOT be using Kenna's cabs again!
Very bad service
Never had such an appalling taxi service. Definitely would NOT use again.
5 star service would deffo use again
