Could have been better . I bought my Mercedes C Class W204 from Kellys Trading in 10th March 2018 . I'm happy with the car and it drives very well. When I first saw the car there was a cut in the driving seat leather , a piece on gear stick leather was missing and there was no user manual. I was told that they would fix the drivers seat leather and order a new user manual and gearstick leather. As promised the seat leather was fixed on the day when I went to took over car. ( also MOT was completed). However I have not received the user manual and gear leather posted to my address as It's been 1 month which sales person promised to. I have called , mailed and also texted them but could not get a response back. I think it would be best to sort out all the bits and pieces before paying the full amount

Not only have we previously bought a car from here, but the guys have been really helpful in buying my Seat Leon from me today and are even taking the time to actively find my next car. Thank you again Kelly's Trading. Looking forward to doing business again soon!

These guys completely ripped me off and have left me £3000 out of pocket sold me a mini coopers s July 17 after having it for 8 weeks started over heating they said they would put in a new thermostat tried to charge me £160 to do it. Then less than 5 months after buying it I get told by a reputable garage actually the head gasket is gone. Absolute con men. Strongly recommend staying away from them.
