Fab location and hosts. We love this place and going back again

Very good value, clean and comfortable. Working farm, so good for families. Great breakfast, including eggs laid by the farm's hens. Breakfast also included an impressive choice of fresh fruit. Catering in the evening was limited, but tasty. One criticism - we were told in advance that packed lunches were available on request, but this proved not to be the case - there weren't enough supplies. We were advised instead to stop off for lunch on our walk, as there would be plenty of cafes etc en route. That was innacurate advice and as a result we hiked all day without being able to eat a proper lunch.

This place is ideal if you're looking for peace and quiet. Breakfast was very nice.

The room was spacious and clean and overlooking the fields full of lambs frolicking which put us in a happy mood instantly. We were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay and the breakfast was delicious.

Great value for the space, location and everything that on offer! The landlady very warm and welcoming! The cottage we stayed very clean, tidy and feel homily!
