We stayed here two nights and were so well taken care of! Larissa is a gem of an employee and they are so lucky to have her! The included breakfast is so lovely and though you have a set menu, they allowed personalization of meals which was greatly appreciated. Our room was super clean and well stocked. We will be back for our next stay in Haltwhistle

Me and my partner went for a meal for valentines and all I can say is wow, the food was amazing, great price and all staff were amazing. Will definitely be back for more food Service: 5/5

This award winning hotel is 5star ....on every level spotlessly clean excellent staff who look after you.. ..and make you  so welcome .....dog friendly with complimentary dog biscuits ..... relaxing atmosphere......Terry the owner a nice guy who makes time to talk to his guests .....lan  the  Head Chef homemade food excellent . beautifully presented ....menu just perfect ....Well stocked bar  cosy open log fire .....Our  bedroom with ensuite lovely ticked every box ....l can't praise the Manor enough one of the best hotels we have stayed in so a big thankyou from me Alan and Gypsy so enjoyed our stay ....

Lovely pub staff very friendly. We were late in on Sunday so dinner was minus mash and Yorkshire pud. We were informed before order but beef was cold and tough. The dogs liked it though. Xxx

We were there for a funeral tea. The staff were welcoming and friendly.  The food was excellent. In the Reception Room the tables and chairs were too close together to sit comfortably.Service: 5/5

I am always meeting my family and friends in the restaurant when I go to Haltwistle   the staff are very friendly always serve you with big smile  , food is delicious  the place is always clean, the location is very easy to reach. Beautiful setting specifically if you are in front of their stunning grand stone open fire .  Yes I  recommend it for ather.

Booked in for Sunday lunch for 9 friends, food was lovely and all served within mins of each other. We enjoyed it so much we returned the next day for a bar meal, I had steak pie and chips vege n gravy, absolutely lush.Service: 5/5

Went there for a meal, big mistake. Chicken was hot on the outside and cold on the inside. My "well done" steak was still bleeding. I'd avoid this place like the plague.Service: 2/5

Good value for the money. Rooms were comfortable, the towels are large and soft and the pub itself is large warm and pleasant serving a fine pint of Carling.  Rooms have a kettle with tea/coffee and bottle water provided. We found a hairdryer in the cupboard as well.  However the carpet in the room was in dier need of a vacuum, hairs all over it.  Nice stay would recommend.
