Great service. Despite it being a nightmare trying to get hold of medication I was able to get them the next day as they kindly offered to order from a supplier. They were also reasonably priced and I was served quickly. No idea why there are bad reviews, I always presume these are just rude or thick customers going off the capital letters etc in the reviews etc.
I was seen quickly and taken to a private room to discuss my problem. The man who helped me was very nice, compassionate and non-judgemental. They recommended ways I could manage the problem and told me what I should look out for in terms of seeking further medical attention. They gave me some supplies to manage the problem. The problem is now resolved and I'm very happy with the service I received.
Unhelpful staff. Appalling service. They leave you waiting for só long and keep staring from the back. It makes no sense, you can see them doing nothing... Incredibly unpleasant experience. When you ask something, you only get nasty responses. It takes forever to issue a prescription. Can't bother to update Google details which shows that the pharmacy is open at Saturdays... Which isn't.. It's the worse pharmacy in central Liverpool... Run away ... The bad reviews are for real.
A lot of cranks in here with 1 star reviews with zero details or context. Come across like absolute morons who are probably Reddit keyboad warriors who think the world is against them.
Pleasant, professional, helpful and genuine staff. I use this pharmacy regularly and have done for over 6 years now. Wouldn't go anywhere else ever. Always a pleasure going there and I can't think of one single bad thing to say about the place. Would always highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone without any hesitation at all. Excellent.
They are not friendly you think they want to fight you.
Reception old blonde lady is unprofessional and hard to deal with...rest of staff is very helpful...i am not going there anymore though......
Unhelpful and difficult. Walked in to 3 staff at the back of the store, a young lady turned to walk down to me and another lady said to her 'It's okay, i'll deal with this'. Hm. Problems with trying to order prescription, explained round in circles to the pharmacist who was really unhelpful. Have a valid e-prescription but pharmacist said there was no point putting it through as it wasn't due yet, so the GP would say no. Earlier this week my GP adjusted how many tablets for this very reason, i was running out of meds before my refill time. GP knows this, and would of course approve it, but pharmacist was adamant the 'girls' i assume she meant receptionists at the GP would say no because it wasn't due yet in the system... went over this a few times before giving up. I have no idea if they put through the request in the end or not! Moved here from my Boots pharmacy as it was combined with another further away and this pharmacy is close to where I did. Never had problems with the Boots and the staff were always friendly, warm, and helpful; the polar opposite of this store. What a shame- i was hoping to support a more local branch rather than join an online service but i'm no longer convinced it's for the best.
Worst pharmacy ever!
Unhelpful and unwelcoming staff
