Only stayed in this Bed and breakfast for one night but I would definitely recommend it, Kate the owner is really kind and friendly and the house is absolutely stunning. The rooms where clean and the breakfast in the morning was great. I would definitely stay there again :)

Our stay at Kates Farm House was lovely, Kate welcomed us with tea and biscuits on our arrival. The cooked breakfast was amazing. Our room was clean and tidy, Kate couldnt do enough for us. She has two dogs who also welcomed us. The place although off the beaten track it wasnt too difficult to find.

This is not just a B&B, it's more like staying with a friend in their home. Good company and a great breakfast, all in a quiet and beautiful part of Devon.

Very cosy and historic bed & breakfast run by delightful people, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Enjoy a very nice, homecooked breakfast after having a lovely nights sleep.

Yet again another good stay. Kates farm is a very warm family B&B it was once a working farm and now a stunning bed and breakfast. 1500 old farm house with twisted doorframes uneven floors andba smashing inglenook fireplace. Of the beaten track is ideal for the family. 3 lovely jack Russells fern.masy.bob just remember one thing this is a very old farm with the basic things in life . don't be looking for 5* star. But you will get a warm .clean. friendly.and a good breakfast Pet friendly could not ask for more. This is are second time here and love it kids love it to. Fresh air sun stones throw from lym Regis.
