Stayed just one night. Helen, the owner, was very welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

They were lovely here, Steve made arrangements during the day of our arrival which were just ideal as we'd cycled a long way. There was loads of character around the place and it was just what we'd hoped for.

Really lovely place to stay in Seaton. Hosts Steve and Helen were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good, full English was cooked to perfection. Great that you could park outside.

Excellent B and B,
We stayed here for two nights and found it to be excellent value. Friendly couple that run it and first class breakfast. Recommend
