Was wonderful to return again. Beautiful surroundings and trails to be walked. Cottage is clean and has everything you need. Also after a long day out, the indoor jacuzzi is amazing. Mike was also very friendly and accommodating. We shall return again.

Good roomy accommodation. Several different size cottages. From 2 to 10 or is it 12 people. Have stayed in two of the properties 2 and 8 berth. Both excellent presentation with good views to the south and Seaton Wetlands to the River Axe. Definitely plan to go back soon.

First time away over Xmas period and this place is perfect. Nice and quiet with amazing views all around. Cottage is very well equipped with everything you would need. You only have to bring yourself,clothes and food. On arrival was greeted by owners who showed us around cottage and how everything worked. Milk,coffee,tea,biscuits and mince pies Xmas tree and decorations also put up for us by the owners. Cottage was spotless and smelt fresh and clean. 4 poster bed,Jacuzzi, decking,shower. Underfloor heating meant the log burner didn't need to be used but I lit it anyway as it looks nice. This place is fantastic for a nice break.

Really lovely cottage, very nice, helpful and friendly owners. Aesthetically pleasing from the lighting, ceramic tiles in bathroom and kitchen. Clearly a lot of thought and trouble has gone into these holiday cottages. We will definitely come back. The views are sublime from the balcony and easy access to the play area for people with children. Thoroughly recommend Whitwell Farm cottages.

Just returned from staying at the Granary, cosy, well furnished and equipped accommodation.  Property has a lovely garden overlooking the beautiful countryside, which was also great if very hilly for dog walking. It is well placed for visiting many coastal towns and Bicton garden's which was a delightful place to spend the day. Would definitely recommend Whitwell Farm.

Had an amazing stay here in Ashley’s house. Such beautiful landscape and surroundings. The cottage was lovely and had everything you needed. Really enjoyed the stay and the local area. Would highly recommend.

A lovely place to stay. Amazing views, close to lots of places to visit. Only concern, my husband wasn't happy with the WiFi. A very comfortable cottage, highly recommended.

We have just returned from ' Stables ' in Colyton. Large and comfortable with great views from bedrooms and Lounge. Possibly our best family holiday ever ! We will definitely return. Thanks Mike !Rooms: 5/5

Very good, would be wonderful if the weather had been better, just a little cold for my very elderly dad. And some very anachronistic decor which certainly provided a talking point.
