I have not had a bad experience at Williams Chemists and think the shop is rather quaint - takes me back to a less hurried time.

I have often paid and waited in line for a prescription to be prepared only to be told after some wasted time to come back the next day because they don't have one or other of the items (whereas I'd have taken the prescription elsewhere and got it immediately if I hadn't paid already). Any visit here in the last year or two has been preceded by thoughts that "I'll probably regret this". From now on I'll heed my own lessons and go to any other chemist.
