Coming in here is always a cold & joyless experience. I thought I saw the lady staff member with the long black hair & fringe smile once, but it could have just been wind. The methadone patients who come in are happier than the staff, & that's before they've had their fix! I'm not asking to be fawned over, just a warm greeting & a friendly tone when speaking to customers would suffice.
