Great service received today item was over priced compared to the ticket & manager who served me charged ticket price without question. Would return again. Lovely range of products on offer. Clean & tidy store.

star is only for the products. Because the staff was so far up there backsides. Discusting customer service or kindness or happiness was no where to be seen. Management and staff and attitudes needs a major makeover. Very disappointing for a big lovely store.
