I get a text message when my prescription is ready, so I don't waste my time making unnecessary trips to the pharmacy. Staff are friendly, but sometimes look a bit rushed off their feet

Don’t believe the opening times on the internet or on the sign by the kiosk, apparently the pharmacist turns up whenever suits! Went to the hospital this morning and the Dr there tells us they open at 7.30 according to his system, so we say great send the prescription there please, turn up at 7.30/35 no one there. Ask the Sainsbury customer service desk and she’s tells me this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Had my HEP B vaccinations done here. I’m not the best with needles but I always felt put at ease by the pharmacist. I’m not sure if he was just being polite or intentionally talking about other stuff because he could tell I was nervous-but I’m grateful either way!

Coming here tonight I was hoping for a miracle. And lovely Lady and tall Gentleman made it happen. Thank you guys! Bearded fellow.

Couldn't give me the whole prescription after waiting over a week. They said they'd text me when they had more in. 5 days later get a text to say my prescription is ready to collect, then get told there's nothing for me and I have to go back to my GP?  Absolutely awful service.

Slow service, disinterested staff ….and then told they are 3 days behind in making up prescriptions and could can I come back in 45 minutes.  Had to wait around with a 2 year old, who was ready for his nap! To far to go back home and if said I’d come in tomorrow I don’t think they will still have done it! I had done my order with GP on 4th June, now 10th June and still not ready for pick up.

It's always under staffed and long queue. Staffs also used to keep waiting which not something they can do anything.

Looks like because it is Sunday someone do not feel like doing job properly. When your system is down and you can not process electronic prescriptions you should call hospital and tell them that, so they will issue paper prescriptions or send patients to diferent pharmacies. Spent a lot of time drivig between hospital and Lloyds pharmacy with very ill person in the car to get medicine. I'm sorry but this is not the way to do your job.

NHS 111 advised to call this pharmacy before going to collect prescription, called from 6PM until 8PM no response. They are supposed to close at 9PM-could not get the emergency medication needed. Spoke to the morning staff who were brilliant & efficient!

False advertising, left doctors and rushed here to get medication for my toddler, as online it says closing 10pm, only to be stopped at the door by security who told everyone the Supermarket was closed, at 9pm. I don't drive and we walked from Crawley Town. Quite annoying that such a big establishment can't take time to update their opening and closing times.
