Absolutely beautiful. So peaceful. Glad we had good weather for it! First visit and it was lovely. Definitely another day out here. The Cafè was inviting and very calming. Customer Service was Spot on! Keep Up the good work.
On a warmish day like this morning about half 10 and the sun burning through the clouds the gardens were all opening and made for a colourful walkabout. Credit to all the gardeners as their efforts paid off in a beautiful display of colour and aromas. We recommend the cafe and the chips are 2nd to none
Beautiful gardens ,so peaceful,a photographers dream! Excellent gift shop where entry tickets are purchased, lovely helpful informative lady! Coffee shop/ restaurant had a fabulous selection of meals, snacks and drinks. Wish we lived closer! Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome on leads, water bowls in the courtyard.
Gardens are incredibly lovely and paths are buggy friendly. My little girl was made incredibly welcome by staff given a little bottle of bubbles when we entered. Some gardens feel too manicured or too formal for children, and although these were immaculate the atmosphere was not at all formal or unwelcoming. New cafe is brilliant and the coffee is superb. Will definitely visit again soon
A beautiful garden with wheelchair friendly walks. The path up to the Visitors Centre is a bit steep, but other than that pretty good. Had fun at the on site Putting Green too
Small woodland walks and walled garden with fly fishing pond and kids play area currently closed for safety review?. Nice burnside walk with specimen trees. The daffodils are fully on display in mid April and pleasant, reasonably priced tea room open for snacks and lunch. Worth a visit if staying near Peebles.
Excellent! Snowdrops in full bloom, rather soggy though, some areas in-excess-able due to rain! However still an enjoyable visit, dog friendly garden and cafe too, great food, warm welcome.
Beautiful walled gardens and woodland walk. Spent a couple of hours here as a family of 9 with all ages/generations and a dog - the teenagers went to play on the putting green! Really nice cafe with plenty of space inside and out. Amazingly well preserved stable block including original cast iron dividers and feeding stations. Shame the house was demolished!
Beautiful walled garden and a lovely autumn walk. The greenhouse looks like it's going to be charming once the works are complete! Dog-friendliness: Dogs have to remain on lead but Blair still had a great time sniffing everything!
It is a lovely place for the whole family. We took a wheelchair aswell, a lot of the grounds are accessible but a bit hilly at times. Can't wait to go back again during the summer. All staff were friendly and the cafe is lovely, a little pricey but scrummy.
