Friendly staff. Always happy to help. Honest, reliable and always willing and happy to go the extra mile. I have 5 cars in my household and we get all of our mot,servicing, repairs etc from here. Prices are always reasonable and work done promptly. Recently i had an issue with my SMART car overheating. Shakeel almost immediatly diagnosed the issue of a faulty water pump and car was fixed within a few hours. Its very rare to find a honest garage but Junction Motors definitely falls in that category. Highly recommended.

My search for reliable mechanic in North watford ended here as Minesh from J M won the trust, got my MOT + Full service done with unbeatable price. I will recommend all my friends to go there. Very clean garage; very punctual, honest and professional staff, definitely well deserved 5*****

Had Asda tyres fitted at this workshop which was all good however soon as I left there was a cranky noise so I took the car back to j.m. I was told it was a suspension issue which will need fixing. I hope they read this as a mechanic friend of mine tightened the screws and told me there was no suspension issue....no cranky noise since. I didn't bring the car back to j.m as whilst I was in the waiting area 2 customers were complaining about being overcharged...say no more !
