Spent years over charging my elderly parents who thought the sun shone out of their bums.
Finally persuaded them to never return after I read through the 'gold star' service for my mum's car which was over £800 to the local Citroen dealer who told me the dealership would have charged around £250 for the same work.
We have just sold my mums car after being told by S and B that it would be uneconomical to repair her £1500 only to have received a call from the buyer confirming that the repair cost £37 in parts and two hours labour and to warn us off the garage who gave us the wrong advice.
