Avoid! I called in the morning in the to check the availability of an advertised car. I drove 20 miles to see them and buy the car. During the negotiating process, after I had asked to see their financing options they left the table and me waiting for 20 minutes. Eventually they came back and told me the car was sold. Can only imagine they used my interest as leverage to sell the car to a third party. Complete waste of time and frankly I find these actions verging on the dishonest. At a minimum it is terrible service. 50 mile round trip to be used as a tool, wasted day. My advice is to avoid.

Bought some alloys from the dealership, had them fit them there.. have been driving round for a month or 2 only to notice that they had fitted the wheels the incorrect way! The wider rear wheels are on the front of the vehicle vise versa! You cant even do a simple job of fitting alloy wheels to a vehicle!

Had a fantastic experience at BMW watford. In particular a sales guy named Shumon helped me out a lot. I sadly got into an accident and wrote off my first BMW in the same year I got it. Shumon called to see how I was and was on the case straight away to assure me he would find me a new car. Was back on the road in less than a month - really great experience even after I got the car. I’ll be recommending in the future.

Great service from Aamar. He was extremely helpful & polite,arranging the refurbishment of both rear alloys on my 320 d m sport estate without hesitation when I pointed the scuff out to him...he noticed a scuff on the other rear alloy and did that too. I was purchasing the least expensive car they had in stock but was treated as if I was buying a £100,000 I8! I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks again!

Tried getting through to service for over for half an hour! No answer then after 3 mins, each call cuts off. If you select a different call routing option, then you're left hanging on indefinitely listening to a ringing out tone alternating or music... no option to even request a callback. Awful.
