Can't complain about the work done and the quality and cordiality of the staff. I docked one star as they are not as willing to provide a temporary car while mine is being serviced. My previous Audi dealer always provided a replacement car on request. But that is a minor point. I will continue to use them.

Gone for MOT for my BMW. The main reason was that of MOT not passed then they can fix the problem and issue me certificate. Rather they ask me to come again. They have given me quote of some 250 pounds for part to be changed. So I said fine. I was expecting that it will be sorted and I will go home rather she came and ask me they cannot issue MOT certificate as it now require wheel alignment and it will cost extra some 270 pounds I was shocked but had no choice. Finally I paid more than 400 pounds to get my MOT done. They have good office with Wi-Fi, but I think I had very bad experience and waste of time.

Bmw 530d was on a recall for a battery cable cover, everything was fine service on hand was good, the vehicle was given a quick wash. Then on way back homw reverse light fault had come up, I thought ok I will replace the faulty bulb. Upon opening the boot the trim which covers the light and battery was loose because the clips were not put back (clips just laying there in plain sight) and while work was carried out at bmw they probably disturbed the light housing as the bulb had become loose and fell out into the unit during my drive home. My mechanics words were "Not easy fishing that out" he got the bulb out and refitted bulb and clips which was obviously not his fault but non the less it cost me money to correct thier carelessness. Yes quick turn around but someone needs to pay attention while working on vehicles. Took me an hour to get to this garage so I was not going to go back again.

I've had two recalls on my compact, both times they have look at other issues for me, always happy to help and a really great team off people. Parts department are fantastic too.

Like that they have free coffee and snacks in reception! Service is friendly and generally good.
