Access removed my existing 15mm flood preventer and replaced with a 26mm Weather Defender Floor Seal. Engineer was very helpful and approachable. Looks a very good quality job and despite heavy rain in past few days, the Floor Seal has kept the garage bone dry. I don't usually give reviews but service has been excellent from start to finish
I’ve booked the service in advance by sending some pictures to have my garage door automated on the day we moved in and as agreed as the engineer turned up on time and well prepared for the task in hand. It only took 40 minutes to complete and it does exactly what I wanted to do which is fantastic and at a great price. I can’t recommend this company enough.
Access G D replaced my Dad's damaged garage door. He was very impressed with the fitter and the product.
Great product at the fairest price. I took four quotes from Which? and Checkatrade recommended firms. Some competitors priced for 'special order' doors which added £200-400 to the RRP, while Access correctly estimated for a standard size and saved me a small fortune. Despite price match promises from the competitors, Access got the product, price, and survey correct from the start. I don't usually go for the lowest quote, but in this case, Access came out winners, it made no sense to go elsewhere. The fitter was very quick and left the site tidy, huge thanks.
Professional and friendly service from the engineer who fixed our garage door after it was reversed into and it came away from the guide rail on one side leaving a gap. Our job was dealt with efficiently at a reasonable cost so highly recommend this company. Also their admin team kept us up date every step of the process so 10/10 for communication as well. Thanks
Had problems with my roller garage door since quite early of having it fitted by Watford branch. When engineer came which was just after the guarantee, was charged a fee to put right. Still isn't right. Some you win some you loose. Marks out of 10....-5
My 24 year iold garage door had started to jam regularly. Eventually I located Access Garage Doors on the www. Their engineer came suggested new bearings and later fitted them. That didn't work. He then recomended complete new channels and struts. This was expensive but I was impressed by his professional manner. Yesterday he arrived, fitted them an rehung the heavy double door. It was a beautiful job. He didn't waste a minute and I am thrilled with the result.
My appointment was cancelled at 45 minutes notice. I had already taken a day off of work in order to meet with the installer and the next "available appointment" was 5 days in advance. Terrible customer service, was promised a call back by the management which never materialized, and then after having to ring 6 times for somebody to answer the phone, I was berated by the "Manager" for ringing so many times without leaving a message. How about getting one of your employees to answer the phone or phoning back as promised? The company has refused any form of compensation for the time I have had to take off of work to fulfill this commitment and refused any gesture of goodwill for the future appoint. The parting shot by the manager, who's demeanor at all times was rude and unhelpful, was "I suggest you find somewhere else". I shall be doing that. I suggest you all do it too.
They only fitted my seceuroglide roller door yesterday, but it appears to be a professional job, the door looks sturdy and the roller mechanism is reassuringly quiet.
Had my old Garage doors replaced that looked very battered and old, Access Garage doors were very polite and arranged the garage door to be fitted very promptly and no hassle, the price also suited my needs and the door looks great
