I must say - this has been the most positive experience that I have with a mechanic in living memory, and believe me you, I've had a few! Straight forward, transparent and honest consultation and service. Sent my Renault in for a ling overdue service, they guys did a wonderful job, with out any unexpected costs or surprises. Definitely recommend Imperial Auto Services Limited - nice on guys, keep up the good work!
Not giving 1 star, as told they are good as recommended, but in my experience, I rang told the work I needed done on alternator and he took my number plate and said would ring back and still waiting. I manged to find someone else who has come round and fixed. Just would have been nice to either get a call back with quote or even to say too busy at present so I don't wait for call back.
