Have tried all week to speak to a human being. Have left 2 x voice messages. They put me on increased BP medication and i feel lousy. What do you actually have to do to get an appointment with a doctor in 2022? Hopefully i will still be alive by the time i manage to speak with a human.
This isn't my usual practice and when my Docs sent me miles away I wasnt happy. However, it was great. Got seen to dot on my appointment time by a lovely Nurse Practitioner who sorted me out & also gave me valuable advice about another issue. Went to the cafe while I was waiting for my prescription. Pharmacy great too. Worth the travel
Always been very good with me. Especially over the last year and a half. Can always get to talk to the nurse practitioner or Dr depending on the medical attention needed
Poor service been to appointments with dr sunny Erijoh about a skin problem had tests was told I’d receive a phone call if I needed to be seen about them only to not be rung when something did show if I didn’t phone a few times I’d be non the wiser! Few months after they said they still didn’t have full results so I went back in for an appointment to be told I was meant to be called back in months before! Useless plus the reception staff ignore you half the time can see them chatting away in the back ignore queues at reception. Wouldn’t recommend!
My daughter was told to take her 6 week old baby here from 111 as he had not been to the toilet to open his bowels in 9 days they sent her away saying it was wind absolutely shocking the service here should be shut down I will be making a formal complaint
I moved to this area 2 year ago and my experience with this group are 2nd to none. I've only seen one Dr that was not very welcoming nd needed to be updated on his OR skills as he never once took his eyes from the computer to give eye contact o his patient. Also on asking for him to explain what symptoms to look for, he just got a leaflet n passed it to me instead of verbally giving the information. Apart from him, both the reception staff, doctors/nurses are great,a special mention to Dr prinsloo who since coming here has investigated and found a diagnosis and treatment where my previous Drs failed.very professional team who work hand in hand for their patients.
Dr Prinsloo is by far the best GP I have ever had in my many years of life. He looked after my dying wife with compassion and dignity also a special mention to Dr Hans an excellent GP people in Newton Aycliffe are extremely lucky to have such excellent surgery facilities.
Fantastic surgery. Wouldn't dream of registering anywhere else.husband and I have only really had to see Dr prinsloo and the practice nurses Absolutely fantastic.
I live in Coundon close house I live alone I don't drive I don't know anyone to way of getting to any other doctors to be turned down alot of time is outrages I suffer from a heart condition wich can be set of by infections trying to boot an appointment no matter what time I've been hung up on I've been refused it's a joke! 1
They take 20 minutes to answer the phone to you even tho you know they are just sat about talking, then they ask you “what’s the problem” like they are doctors, the nurses give you what medication they want and not what works for you and considering Dr Baligas surgery has joined jubilee medical group you still can’t get an appointment until at least a wk or 2 away
