They have always time and they have the best doctors ever!

Anyone who is after inspiration for a book titled 'How not to run a surgery' visit this place! - Impossible to request an appointment for anyone who has a job/life! - The few polite staff are heavily outnumbered by rude, and (to be brutally honest) prolific liars... "we have tried to contact you!" Strange, not one missed call or voicemail on the answering machine - Work at one pace, which could be easily mistaken as standing still the progress is that slow. - Not long ago they cancelled their premium rate call service; seriously who thought it a good idea to apply a charge to talk to a local surgery, the one phone call that you are guaranteed to be on hold for an eternity - Both visits with my two children have been met with, "it's just life, they are fine!" and ended in urgent appointments required at the hospital. Suffice to say I have changed surgeries and can genuinely say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made, especially when my children's health is at risk

Everything that was said in the fist review is true. The only good things about it are Drs Chen and Chalice.

Whenever I make an appointment I have to wait days to be seen as they say they have no appointments that day. worst doctors I have been registered to I have never had to wait so long to be seen.
