Impossible to get an appointment. My daughter has just had surgery went for a wound check with the nurse who are excellent, said she needed to be seen by the doctor. Reception told me the next appointment was 45 days away and to call at 8am or use the on line service an online service which is only available for a few minutes at 8am!!. Called and at 8:01 all appointments gone and the online service told me it could not assess her symptoms and I needed to call. Absolutely infuriating, I guess we will be putting more strain on A&E
Absolutely pointless. Been to urgent care 4 times and the GP doesn't seem to want to do any follow up. Can't get an appointment by ringing and the e-consult is also limited with an 8am opening. What is the point if you are seriously ill.
The most annoying GP practice I have ever known. They never have space to book you in for appointments, but will always give you 3-12months time and advise you to call 111. Leaving one to wonder why they ever existed if I have to always call 111 to see the GP.
Been with Pease way surgery since moving back to the town 2020 , not impressed at all , it is extremely difficult to get an appointment especially if you want to see a doctor it’s easier if you want a nurse they seem to do all the work these days, I think it’s ridiculous that you have to submit a picture of the injury they will get back to you to tell you to go to A&E for goodness sake I have a spelk my right hand little finger that has turned septic, it just needs cutting outnThe lady doctor was pleasant but said she doesn’t have anyone qualified to remove my spelk , the staff are usually pleasant, even a little embarrassed when they tell you that no appointment’s are available and the amount of times they contact you to change said appointment you have booked with a nurse , one appointment was moved from April to June and now is November ! Really please way you need to get your act sorted you are acting like Covid is still in full rage. I need to find another surgery.
When we moved here 2019 we joined peaseway no problems. I've just had a total knee replacement, ordered pain relief online. 5 days later got a call the Dr needs a phone consultation with me, 'no bother' receptionist- the first one I have is 36 that's 36 days time! For pain relief after a total knee replacement
