Ridiculous appointment system, where you have to ring at 8am to get an appointment on the day. Except no matter how many times you ring you can't get through to make an appointment - OR - you get through and the appointments are all taken. My wife has rang every day this week and not once managed to speak to a human. She is beside herself with worry with the problem which she has found, and this just isn't good enough. The doctors at Bewick are all OK, but getting in front of one is the biggest challenge - and this problem is going to get worse. We are today both registering at Pease Way, so my wife can get a damn appointment to see a GP. My advice to anyone - don't bother registering at this surgery unless you love being frustrated. They are clearly beyond full capacity so you won't get anywhere with them.

Phil Stacey - Been going there last 5 years, staff are very professional, efficient and helpfull, Dont have to wait ages to be seen, appointments are quite quick when booking, place is really clean and constantly improving. Thank you for the great service.

Had to move doctors when we moved out of Aycliffe and didn't like it as much. When we moved back I changed my doctor's back to Bewick, friendly staff never had a issue.

Always very helpful and extremely efficient. We've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get our prescriptions.
