Recently had to visit as I needed a tooth removing and a filling. Brilliant service and friendly staff. Practice is very clean and I was even given a pair of black googles to wear. Dentist and staff fully explained the procedures and made me feel relaxed. Would certainly recommend this practice, however they do need to employ more dentists as you may wait a little longer to get an appointment.
Warm welcome from Receptionist Debbie every time I’ve been, she was extremely kind and very helpful! My appointment was rather long and both the dentist and assistant ensured I was comfortable throughout. Only negative feedback is that the other receptionist should be more like Debbie as they aren’t as welcoming or polite
My favourite dental practice since moving up North. I am made feel so welcome, I always have a good experienced during my dental visits. The amazing and friendly staff, my dentist Katherine and nurse Gail are so efficient, informative and made me feel so relaxed. Great Experienced!
Sons appointment cancelled late Friday. For Monday afternoon. Called in Monday morning as he needed teeth out urgently. Ready for brace fitment . The staff were really understanding and Katherine went above and beyond to help and had them out within two days . I really appreciate everything they had done for me and my son cant thank yous enough
Just been in for an emergency filling. Gillian Pearce was manning the desk. The phone was going non-stop but she was still able to look after me in a pleasant and efficient manner. Katherine Hollins the lead dentist was able to give me a temporary filling until next week. Always super-efficient and pleasant.
Couldn't give me an emergency appointment as the dentist wasn't in today. Couldn't make me an emergency appointment the following day as my dentist has left, despite me telling her I was in pain and struggling to eat. I was told off for not having an appointment since 2019. The reason I haven't been is because my dentist was ill, there was a pandemic, then my dentist left and they haven't been able to make me an appointment since 2019! They did offer me a private appointment, but no way I'd be able to afford private treatment, here or elsewhere. The receptionist ended the call by putting the phone down on me Being on hold is also awful when you call. More than once minute you're prompted to press 1 to continue to hold or press 2 to leave a message. Useless dental practice.
I was greeted upon entry with a smile by the receptionist Debbie and the practice manager Gill who were both courteous and professional, which set me at ease. My treatment as always by Katherine and Gale was of the highest quality. If anyone has any dental phobia then this is the practise to use.
I needed an emergency filling, nowhere had space to fit me in NHS or Private. Upon calling this practice, the lady on reception was able to fit me in within a week. I went in, friendly lady on reception and the place was nice and clean. The dentist I saw Deepak was great and really put me at ease during my procedure I have a phobia of needles and going to the dentist. Anyway I had my filling and had no issues afterwards. Would certainly go back there. Thank you so much :
I am terrified of the dentist and have not been for a number of years due to that. I have had toothache so had to pay to go private as NHS not taking on new patients. The dentist and dental nurse were lovely and they put me fully at ease. I had a tooth taken out and the only pain was having to pay for it! Private costs are very high.
Rang for appointment to be told Id been discharged because I’d not been for 3y due to covid. Receptionist asked why I wanted an appointment, I told her I would like a full check up and also, a tooth / gum had receded over time from overbrushing and I would like it filled. She actually sniggered, told me it wouldn’t be due to overbrushing at all but because of my age 40 it was more than likely GUM DISEASE and said there is no such thing as having it filled. She then proceeded to tell me they had zero routine appts to give, but funnily enough, she could book me in for a next day appt with a hygienist to confirm the so called gum disease at double the charge - £60+. Moving forward, Ive signed up with another dentist, had my check up, had the gum filled which was due to OVERBRUSHING, with no gum disease in sight! Please tell your rude RECPTIONIST to stick to her own job and keep her incorrect ‘professional’ advice to herself.
