Lovely beach with excellent lock amenities. Parking can of course be limited, so make sure you arrive early to avoid hassle. Do make sure the little ones have shoes, the sand and pebbles can be hard on their feet. And my feet. As with any tourist beach, local food places can be expensive, but a short walk into town will solve that problem.

One of the ever decreasing good aspects that Southend can be proud of. Clean, modern and expansive. Very close to the longest pier in the world and Adventure Island amusements. Definitely a must view if you are visiting the town.

Being a regular  visitor to jubilee beach i have  found it has some good points abd bad  points good points plenty of handy shops for food  and drinks and if you have had enough of sitting  on the sand their are arcades for family  fun hust across the road.  The bad  thr beach can become quite  littered with rubbish  in the  summer months, their is a beavh cleaning machine but that operates early hourd of the morning. So sometime at  around mid day the beach  looks like a refuse tip we should encourage  everyone to take the rubbish with them considering  the amount of bins just a stones thtow away
