Placed order in store and my address was entered incorrectly despite the sales assistant asking me to write it down. When l contacted the store they told me they could not correct it and l would need to contact customer service team. This is appalling customer service as the error was made by a member of staff in the shop. The second option was for me to go to the incorrect address and try and retrieve my goods ! I will not be purchasing from Joules again, really disappointed.
Service was good overall Nothing standout but quick and friendly
