A marvellous shop with very friendly staff. I entered the shop in a somewhat curmudgeon mood and left really uplifted. And I bought some quality shoes at an great price. Would recommend both emotionally and pecuniary.

Incredibly poor customer service, verging on racism as they clearer pushed our needs back and served 5 customers before us, regardless of being at the beginning of the till queue! Spoken to very dismissively. Was given no help to order from in store. Refused a refund even though presented valid receipt and card as bought in Westfield not Windsor.... Honestly disgusted with their poor behaviour and service! If I could give 0 stars I would!
I needed to check the stock on a pair of shoes before setting out on a 25 mile journey... after phoning another similar store and getting no response I phoned Windsor. I phoned twice - 3 minutes each, no answer!!! Again, why have a phone number in a store if you are not prepared to answer it? Are all so flooded with customers at this time of the morning... on a Thursday?? Very sloppy!!
Always such a great range of high quality footwear, with staff who are attentive and helpful but not pushy. Pricey but I've several pairs of Jones shoes I'm still wearing after 30+ years.
I bought a good pair of shoes for work, staff were excellent in assisting me in getting the right size. Will definately buy from Jones again
