I recently bought a Seat Leon from Jones Motor Co and I am so pleased with it! Keiran was really helpful and more than happy to answer all the questions I had. I picked the car up fully serviced and valeted and he said he would be on hand to help if I had any questions/problems. After picking it up in the morning, when I came to get in it after work the coolant warning light came on. This was after it had been left in the car park in - 4 degrees! Levels, temperatures, etc. were fine but after speaking with Keiran, he arranged everything and booked me in with Seat, as it still has manufacturer's warranty left on it, and it's now all sorted. Would recommend buying from this dealer. Great cars and great customer service. Thank you! :)

Fantastic Customer Experience at Jones Motor Co Chester!!!! Kieran was extremely helpful, there was no 'hard sell' technique, and every part of the process was slick and professional! I bought my car on the Sunday afternoon and collected it on the Thursday, with a full MOT, Service and Tax completed... I will be recommending Jones Motor Co to everyone who wants to buy a quality car with 5* Service!!!! Thank you... Carl.

Had a fab experience a few years ago when I purchased my A4 from Gareth at your Llandudno showroom so when it came to looking for a car for our son we were so happy to find what we were looking for at your Chester site. Kieran was extremely helpful, the sale was handled in a professional and friendly way. Great customer service again guys, would highly recommend.

We had fantastic service from Jones Motor Co. in July, Keiran gave us the keys and just left us to it when we went to look at the car, no pressure to buy at all. Really friendly relaxed atmosphere. He arranged the transfer of a private plate for my wife and all the paperwork in just a few days. Gareth handed her the keys on collecting the car and explained all the controls to her making sure she was perfectly happy. They are great people to deal with ! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will buy our next Audi from them when the times comes.
