Place like this and MB you always want best service ever!! I have bought 5/6 part in last few month and every time I have been given wrong Part !!! Even I have took my broken part there and give it to the staff to make sure I’ll get right part !! 3 time a raw wrong part !! Can’t even believe it !!! Waiting a month for part delivery From Germany and finally after 2/3 time refund !! Still they couldn’t give me the part I wanted !! Too expensive!! Even when return the wrong part after 20 days !!! They have told me we shouldn’t accept the refund !! More like a joke factory to me !! Such wasting time !!! 4 staff couldn’t get right part for after nearly two month wasting time ! Never visi again
Our company is doing regular maintenance here. Rubbish is a very good description for what they are doing. My unit been for MOT and had halogen H7 bulbs with white light.. when picked up a big surprise.. another bulbs and my anywhere... very bad.. i wouldn't recommend this dealer
This place is horrible.. 1. Theyll give you the keys and ask u to find your vehicle i the yard. 2. They wont give u the keys, they will throw them at you. 3. Short mechanic greasy hands handing you keys shouting at you "oi" "move your car" Its like theyre the customer and youre a slave, will complain to mercedes its ruining their reputation and should not partner with such a company Terrible place, i legged it found my vehicle with the short mechanic shouting st me from behind thought he was going to go physical. AVOId AT ALL COSTS Go to mercedes by J1 on M60 instead
Sam was brillant and a genuis. Three setra dealerships in europe could not fix. Six hrs done. Great job on heating
If you like long waits with wrong parts, or oh someone else forgot to do such and such and end up with nothing, and a rip off price to boot, then this is the place for you!!!! Im done using this joke of a dealer, i live around the corner and id much prefer to go bolton or warrington. Sort your staff out!

Appalling service once again from E Star. I was contacted by Mercedes in April alerting me that one of our fleet needed to book in due to a recall. I called E Star at the back end of April explaining I required an over night repair. A member of staff called me back explaining there was a wait for overnight works due to staff shortage and the earliest they could carry out work was 10 May 2022. I dropped the van off yesterday evening at 5pm. After previous problems with overnight works with my fleet, I asked the member of staff if all was in place for the work to be completed and for me to collect the vehicle the following morning. The member of staff assured me it would be ready by 6am. If it was not ready, I would receive a Text This morning I called at 7:30am just to double check it was ready. It wasn't. After getting "put through to the mechanics" the line went dead. I called back again and the receptionist said it wasn't her department and I had to come and collect the vehicle. I had to arrange for transport from my house along with my 18 month old son to E Star in Trafford Park, collect my vehicle, take my son 15 miles to child care 1 hour late and get to work 2 hours late. The lady who gave me the key had no offer of any explanation or apology for the work not being completed. She didn't offer to re-book the vehicle. I left the building and found the vehicle in the exact same place I left it the prior evening. Once again a complete lack of accountability by anyone at the office for the terrible service offered to its customers. No doubt will be fobbed off with the "lack of staff" excuse, which was the same as the last 3 times. had to leave 1 star to put the review up. Google won't let me leave 0 to post
I have made an official complaint to Mercedes Benz UK about this dealer. I have never in my life experiences such rude customer service. When explaining my issue Eddy Jackson who i dealt with was so rude, did not listen to what I was saying, kept talking over me and was the rudest unprofessional customer service representative I have ever had to deal with. Even other customers in reception were agreeing with me. As for Warren, the service manager standing there and allowing him to interrupt our conversations while I was trying to explain my point and allowing Eddy Jackson to talk over both of us, is outrageous customer service. How they allow Eddy Jackson to be front of house is unbelievable. He kept projecting back what I was saying to him about being rude to me, such as "you are rude", "you are talking over me" and the manager was stood there at one point allowing him to do so. Even when I asked the manager Warren if that was appropriate customer service, Warren wouldn't answer me. I will never ever take a vehicle there again. Do yourself a favour if you are thing of using them and read the reviews on this site first. Lots of 1 star ratings. I await the response from Shaun of Mercedes Benz UK n the next few days. This all stems from a lack of information on a previous hand over and eStar telling me my van need a new steering rack at the cost of around £1400 when in fact it only needed inner rack ends and track ends at a cost of £182.00. They also do not do safety checks before a hand over which would have flagged I needed new front tyres, one of which was down to the wire, which they should have noticed when trying to do the tracking. Needless to say I had all the work done and new tyres elsewhere at a fifth of the cost, while Estar did the tracking. They also disconnected my call 3 times after 7 minute waits and being put on hold while booking it in. Over 70% of the ratings for them on here are below 2 star... says it all
Dealt with Mark service centre Phenomenal service, I have always been pleased with the service specially when Mark is dealing with us. Mark from service’s, is a credit to E Star Truck & Van. Thanks for all your help in past 3 years. Every time he is going the extra mile to find good deals and best service plan’s for our vans. Very Happy. Thanks Mark
