It is what it is. A basic cash and carry establishment. Everything I wanted was there and the staff as always were friendly and helpful. One thing that bugs me about the place is the fact that no one returns their trollies, they are left scattered around the car park. During bad winds they could easily blow over and damage the vehicles left in the car park. Maybe introduce a trolley deposit...just a thought.
Staff are great here apart from management!!. Very friendly and helpful. Produce and range of products is as expected. Still great staff
Last year I couldn’t be happier with Bookers great staff as usual I would give the delivery guys and staff 5 I’m only giving 1 because of the new Manager. I was told after being with Booker for 14 years that my spend with them wasn’t enough and I didn’t really deserve a delivery at all! Not small business friendly anymore, As mentioned in other reviews Harlech Foods don’t mind delivering to us minions probably the majority of Llandudno are 8-10 B&B’s. I don’t understand how Tesco can deliver and they own Bookers but Bookers can’t manage it. Thank you for your great service last you though.
had a phone call off member of staff stating they would only be delivering in a two hour time slot once a week from March, how can a cash and carry for the area only offer this, when Harlech foods deliver 6 days a week. I also received a flyer thanking me for my business, they do value my business, please call in for a free box of chocolates and free bottle of wine, and various other things, well I called in and received nothing! what a let down booker is turning into.

Had a phone call today off New Branch Manager informing me that after March 11th Booker Llandudno will no longer be delivering 6 days a week. I was notified that my time slot for delivery would be 2 till 4pm every Tuesday. Now correct me if Iam wrong, Bookers biggest rival in the Area is Harlech Food Service who have taken so many customers off Booker and still deliver 6 days a week , and Bookers way of fighting back is to cut back their delivery service. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Warehouse was all shut down by the end of the year .Such a shame I used to use them for everything

Hardly any stock, what fruits they had were mangy, ready for the bin, ended up running to other shops for the stock they didn't have, very disappointing
Clean , Covid safe , environment with 1st class friendly professional management and staff and a vast range of great products. I cant praise this place highly enough. Thankyou Booker.
I use Bookers loads. I use the branch on wetsern ave Cardiff. The staff are great and very helpful. Shame about some of their customers who are extremely rude, think I shall give them a taste of thier own medicine. Highly recommended. Chris the Handyman
