The lady on reception was very warm, friendly and hospitable. Inviting me to take a seat and offered me a refreshment while I waited to be picked up. The young man who dealt with my service had a very pleasant and approachable manner, he checked if I received the video he produced and on giving me the written report, verbally highlighted the salient points providing an estimated time line of when the advisories needed to be attended to. The showroom is very impressive and immaculately kept, a very pleasant environment in which to wait, the lady at reception also enabled another customer to continue working while he waited which clearly relieved his pressures. Look forward to seeing you again.
Great staff today, usually that's not my experience, but today it's been absolutely brilliant. Front desk, service staff all just brilliant, even the cleaning lady had a greeting and a smile for me. Although my car service was booked wrong, Mark, I think, was able to fit me in and in 2 hours my car was ready. What a lovely service There's coffee whilst you waiting. It's 5 minutes from the A55, easy to get to and out. Marvellous
One word - perfection! This dealership has an excellent team, from management to the service department to the friendly reception team. Lois was my salesperson, who exceeded my expectations in every way. She never made me feel rushed, I felt listened to, and she didn’t in any way push me into a sale, allowing me to decide which vehicle was the most appropriate for my needs. The whole process from placing an order to my purchase took a few months, throughout this time I was informed and reassured at regular intervals. On collection day, my new vehicle was draped with a silk covering, with photos and videos taken of the unveiling, making me feel very special. This beautiful personal touch finalised the completion of the superb process provided throughout. This dealership really does have their customer’s needs as their priority.
Was quite nervous as we were buying this make for the first time. However, the staff were exceptional in every way, not pushy, and extremely well informed. We were kept in the loop with the readiness of our vehicle, and felt valued throughout the process, eventhough our vehicle was not the most expensive on sale. The manager came to thank us for our custom, and both Mark and Carwyn were 1st class! Would have no problem recommending them to everyone.
The team at North Wales Mercedes are incredibly friendly and look after you like no other dealer. They have loads of choice available, it’s a really enjoyable experience buying your car from them. They have staff who have been there a long time and if you want, many of them speak Welsh too which is nice. Great team, great place, 5* experience.
Mark was extremely helpful throughout! I enquired online and had a price in mind of what deposit I wanted to pay and what was comfortably in my budget and he took all the stress away from me. He knew the model of car I wanted and within two hours of visiting the dealership I had signed to confirm my purchase. The car was ready for me by Monday. He took the stress away from the whole process and was really helpful. He went out of his way to give me a custody call 24 hours after collection to check that everything was fine and that I was fully understanding of the functions of the car. I can’t thank Mercedes enough
Firstly I'd like to say as for the treatment I received from the Mercedes garage was first class. The service team filled me in with everything I needed to know and I left with a nice clean car which is always a bonus thank you. The reason why I scored three stars is because I've had an issue with the quality of the paintwork on my car which I brought to the attention of the service manager Nigel. The lacquer is coming off the paint work on the roof by the sunroof ,I reported this to the garage and they sent me to Chester paint shop and I was told that it's only got 2 years warranty , which I was very disappointed with ,in my view it was a wasted trip. I returned to the garage to speak to Nigel the service manager who was not very helpful at all, which I was very disappointed with , I haven't done many miles on this car even though it's a 2015 year which has only done 42000 miles and I've probably only done about 10000 miles since I purchased this vehicle in 2019 from the Mercedes garage in North Wales. I have always been a big fan of Mercedes , I have owned 5 Mercedes cars in my time and I have always been very happy, but I'm not happy at all with the paint quality on this car. When I purchased the car they sales team recommended that I purchased a special protection for the paintwork which cost me £500 in my view this was a waste of money and I certainly wouldn't recommend anybody to purchase the treatment. So I have to say this does not encourage me to purchase another Mercedes car from this garage and I will be probably thinking about another make for my next purchase. Mr Houlston. Conway North Wales.
A big thank you to Mark Beamson for all his help with part exchanging my car and finding one suitable for me. Fantastic team at Mercedes-Benz North Wales, the service there has been second to none. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Mercedes-Benz to head to the North Wales branch. Thank you again.
Reception very polite and efficient. Work carried out in the time specified with excellent service from the garage staff. Car returned washed and valeted. All in all received excellent service.
