Phoned 3 times to book my car in for a service, every time i was told someone would call me back. On the last time i told them not to bother as if this is the service you get before they have your car I'd dread to think what it will be like when they actually have it.  Called Jaguar in Chester instead and managed to speak to a lovely guy who booked my car in for me with no issues within minutes of putting the phone down to them.  I was just trying to save myself some time and miles but i know i will get great service from Chester so it will be worth it.  I won't bother trying again

I highlight a previous review........phoned twice with reference too purchasing a Range Rover Vogue priced, northwards of £70.000.......  On both occasions, I was told someone from the sales team would call me back and guess what?....they never did !!  Speaking to a neighbour of mine who, WAS a customer there.......said their is a clique there and it's blatantly obvious that they look after them first.  Very disappointed.......so, I'll go and use someone who appreciates ALL customers and not just the prawn sandwich brigade!!

Enquired about a Range Rover Velar, was sent video and proposed deal from their view, made reasonable counter offer, didn't even respond. Clearly its their offer or no deal.

Rang to speak to Simon Cheung reference my Land Rover Sport I bought from them new in 2019. I was told by the receptionist he was with a client. She took my details and said he would ring me back and six days later still waiting!!

The best customer experience and attention to detail of all the LR dealers in the UK……trust me I have had a few!!

Nic James was excellent at conducting the distance sale. Followed up on the delivery day in Nic's absence by exceptional team work from Peter Greenough,Young Phil and Even Younger Phil!! Excellent vehicle to drive home and excellent dealership.

I have just been put in the awkward position of having to use Conwy Landrover again after many years of avoiding them like the plague, due to TWO engine failiures in my Discover 4 HSE another story. I recently  lost my car key for my Range Rover Vogue and was told by Parts I needed to buy a new key which I did Parts department very helpful, then bring the car in for that key to be coded. So as requested arranged for the AA to collect my car and deliver to Conwy Landrover, then the dreaded phone call came saying due to the car being lifted while locked the car went into lockdown mode and was going to cost me over £3'000.00 to fix SURPRISE SURPRISE I said that seems a lot and would need a second opinion, I arranged for the car to be taken to a locksmith who coded the key for me straight away for £245.00 and I collected the car the next day. VERY VERY disappointed again with the service I love the car but dread having to use a main dealer as they only like dealing with people with an open chequebook, they have sent me a bill for £185.00 for a diagnosyic check which I was not warned about which is a little pricey as I have gained nothing from that bill, suggest looking at a merc, Porshe or anythging else as the running costs will almost certainly be lower and a lot less stressful over a couple of years if not Get the best warrenty and breakdown cover you can afford as you WILL need it.

We went in today looking to purchase a new range rover sport but after being in the showroom for almost 25 minutes not a single member of staff had bothered to come over to us. They were all looking at us but were clearly not interested in selling any vehicles on a Saturday afternoon we are cash buyers. The vehicles are wonderful but unfortunately the staff clearly need some training on customer service and sales.

I have dealt with Josh on a couple of occasions now with looking at a few different cars, each time he has been superb and really helpful and quick to answer questions unlike many main agents. A pleasure to see and again a credit to deal with. Cheers Josh
