To say I’m disappointed is an understatement! I telephoned the showroom last week to enquire about a new kodiaq and was told someone would call me back- no one called! Today I went into the showroom and was totally ignored, there where three “salesmen” sat at their desks doing nothing whilst I stood next to a car in the showroom so after 10 minutes I left, I shall be spending my money somewhere else!

I received excellent customer service from Skoda North Wales from the moment I walked into the showroom. Glyn in sales found me the right car that suited my needs and budget. He kept me informed by video from the moment the car arrived at the showroom until I took delivery, which was quicker than I had expected. There were a couple of minor niggles but Karl and Danny in the Service department saw to it that my issues were resolved quickly. A great car buying experience and excellent after sales service. Can't fault their customer service, giving a well deserved 5 stars.
