Excellent customer service by Debbie, went in to get a decoration pack for my dad who is moving in to a new home soon. Debbie’s been outstanding all throughout, picking up all the item listed to explaining and guiding me to choose the right colours- helped me carry all paints to the car. She is the best!

Staff very helpful prices fairly reasonable. Have been to Johnstone a few times.
Easy to find with a small free car park on site. COVID hygiene measures are in place with hand sanitizer by the door and a safety screen at the counter. Was served quickly by helpful friendly staff. Great range of quality products for all kinds of decoration jobs. The only improvement I can suggest is that the opening times could be longer, perhaps until 6pm?
colour was a tint out,asked them to darken it abit cost just under £40.they said we can ONLY sell you another? took it to B&Q told them what happened, they laughed and tinted it for us. jonstones rip off!
Great selection of paint. Most importantly though staff were superb! Really friendly and gave much needed advice.

Trade paint place. Plenty of decorating options. All paints usually in stock, you only need to order wall coverings
