Went to this shop today, and it was the worst customer service I ever had. Walked in and the 3 members of staff were leaning or on their phones, didn't approached me or anything. I had to ask a few questions and the staff were really rude, I was actually going to buy a phone but I think I'll leave it to another shop. Highly recommend a change of attitude or staff.

I live nearby this store and it's NEVER busy when I enter the retail park. Yet they can't answer their phones. Poor!

If you want a contract phone to suit you DO NOT go to this branch staff mislead you are very obnoxious and have no customer service skills will never recommend this branch and advise anyone thinking of to use either West Bromwich Perry Barr or City great customer appreciation
