Me and my partner had a fantastic experience here on 15th October 2022. We came to return some trainers, the floor staff were really helpful and patient as we both tried on a number of different shoes. In particular the assistant manager Armann I think that was his name was incredibly friendly and efficient, just someone who you can see is amazing at their job.
Rude staff Neglective behaviour I understand you can be busy but staff is quite forcing in purchases which we don't need like desperate to get sales but then not helpful when asking for shoe sizes
Not happy with Cape hill jd store. Limited on foot wear compared to other stores. And the staff seem rude and not interested. And not being racist but I felt that as im a white guy and its Asian staff and Asian area. The staff didn't want to help me or seem interested but was happy to help and serve the Asian customers. So I'm not happy with jd nore will I be going again
Not a not of selection since its a small shop and it seems like at every JD the cashiers are just super slow like on purpose idk
I've been served by Dovi, friendly and fast customer service. Overall great customer service from all the team
Why wear badges if the manger can't share there names?.. I hope this reaches to the business manger disappointed with the customers service cause this will b a problem because the manger there has no customer service skills he's a short small Asian lad working there on the 16th July 2022 has no respect and can't help with the problem.. very unhappy and would not shop here any more.. there was a black man as a manger he was the best after him gone this asain guy has brought disappointment.. would never come back rubbish service
This service is very rubbish. Their shoes aren't not even the right size. The left one is bigger and the right one is smaller. These are puma shoes . Won't forget this
OK store!!But could do with more of a selection of clothing and bags
Didn't have shoes in the size needed but friendly and helpful staff found online in another local store.
If I could I would give 0 stars My mom was waiting in the queue to purchase something as I was with little one and there was no space by the tills so I sat down with my baby 8 months old as he wanted a bottle One of the workers come up and tell me this is not a place to feed him and to leave the store not only she had attitude but was so unwelcoming.
