Cannot recommend this company enough, totally professional team from start to finish. From first entering the showroom to installation, they talk you through the process explaining everything. On the day of the fitting they arrived on time and installed the media fireplace in the time they said, no mess to clean up and very polite. Really pleased with end result.
One of the most professional company's I have ever come across. From walking into the showroom to the full installation of my media wall, everything was fully managed from start to finish, expert advice, super quick installation, I cannot recommend this company enough, trust me I did enough research before chosing them, and it all paid off. Tradesmen who are proud of their work, actually turn up on time, complete the job in the timescale they said, and fully clean up afterwards so you wouldn't even know they'd been. Just the TV to hang and the unit decorated. 5 Stars from Me ! Just to add couple of pics from finished article
Absolutely fantastic company! We now have a perfect fireplace ready for winter in our new house, the sales guy in the showroom was fantastic, attentive as needed but not overbearing, told us wouldn’t hear anything until the installation date, was nervous but two guys show up and provide an amazing service! This is a perfect example of how businesses should be run! Thank you.

Had my burner fitted back in April, friendly, helpful and the guys that came to fit were very professional! Would recommend and can't wait to use this winter
Just had a browse, nice friendly chap showed me around, and gave me a booklet to look at, prices only in the shop, not in the booklet, loads to choose from, lots of remote control fires, and log burner effect fires. Car parking is tight, so only go in 1 car. 3 small showrooms with a fantastic leather patchwork settee to chill out and "watch" a few fires. Just got to choose one now
Difficult to find. Arrived at 3.40pm to be greeted with 'We shut at 4'. No-one offered any information, even though my couple of questions were answered. Unfortunately I felt rushed and the chap was more interested in closing than making a sale. Very disappointing. However, the showroom was good with lots of choices.
Fabulous place. Great guys there. They bend over backwards to help you. If you don't find what your looking for there then you won't find it anywhere. Highly recommended.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Good range of gas, electric and wood burners. Offer complete packages which we decided on. Am really happy with my experience. Can't wait for my insulation day.
Pleasure to deal with from start to fitting ..really pleased with our fireplace which we had a bespoke glitter marble back fittedsee added pic ..helpful and good guys too ..recommend
