31.12.2022 Very tidy and well presented.nDidn't have much time here as store was closing but browsed the tech sale on 2nd floor and the Christmas decorations sale.nWould return when I have more time.
Just a joke paid for installation service having new Bosch washing fitted supplied by John Lewis partnership with free disposal of our existing AEG we purchased through John Lewis,nThe installers came at stated time, very pleasant guys, all they had to do is install into vacant existing opening made ready, being a retired kitchen bedroom and bathroom installer at the age of 80 with Electric Gas & Plumbing Qualification I knew how things have to be done, I explained to the guy how I wanted the hoses connected to the waste and cold water supply that where the same as John Lewis guidelines. Having completed the installation carried out a wash cycle test, and had my wife sign the job off as completed.nHowever, on inspection after they left I noticed the waste pipe loosely fitted and leaking water, I called the fitter on his mobile told him that we had a leak, give him his due he was prepared to call back and put it right I declined said I would fix it myself when doing so noticed waste pipe poorly routed trapped behind electrical trunking with the inlet pipe awkwardly fitted onto the isolation valve, I had to disconnect the machine and rerouted the supply. That I no need to have done as I payed for the installation service, that also outlined the guide for preparation and installation of washing machine.nSince then John Lewis have read my post appologised profusely and reimbursed the installation charge, something that should never have happened in the 1st place for me to right a poor reviewnOne good note this Bosch machine fits our purpose.
I came shopping to your store for cushions this week , gosh what a selection you have . Fortunately I got some marvellous help from Paula and we had fun putting together fabric samples and cushions alongside . I wanted quirky but needed that second opinion from a partner who knew about colours and modern trends. I wasnt hurried or influenced and we decided on a good selection and Paula helped me with displaying them . This turned a worry into a pleasure so please convey my thanks to Paula and I have much pleasure in showing the end result.
