Great local community run pub. Had the vegan Sunday roast which was very generous with lots of gravy! Good diverse mix of clients and staff. Only grumble is we got charged service charge didn't notice at time of paying before being served food as we had to go up to the bar to order as we had difficulty attracting attention to be served at the table. Will definitely go back.
Whilst I'm pleased that HMV are embracing vinyl, I'm still disappointed with the selection. I went in with a list of current albums I wanted, and not one of them was in stock. In my experience, those purchasing vinyl are not interested in the pop chart albums you can leave that to the streamers. You need to be more aware of the amazing Rock and blues artists around at the moment.
Vinyl fan great to see it's revival, Hmv rode the storm and had a good large selection to choose from , daughter loves anime she happy with posters and model figures and t shirts great mix in the shop
Definitely worth a visit. It's subjective, but the only issues are: 1 st , difficult to find something being all together music genres, movies uncategorized, etc and the assistance is limited 2nd, the prices are way too high in comparison with other shops, for instance I wanted to buy a CD. an Album released one year ago by my favorite band: the price? £13.99, online, an independent shop is selling for £6.99 !!!! At £10 I would say ok, but double? Same with other items... But as I said, I am subjective.
It's a HMV offer a large range of Music/Film products. The store in Bluewater is quite big and offer a large range including vinyl. I'm not a material type person with music or films but the merch is always nice to view.
Now a shop with no focus, yes still music and films but also pretty much anything that they think will sell.
Can beat the good old fashioned way of shopping for music and films. I much prefer to look through an artists back catalogue in a shop than on a website.
A bit cramped, but I think that's how most HMV's are laid out. Seem to be doing a bit of everything, usual films and music you would expect, plus figures, plush and food.
Always come here to check out new band t shirts. It's so hard to get hard rock or metal t shirts from a high street shop these days, but this place is really great for music lovers!!
Great shop that has stuff that is not seen in most other bluewater shops, like dvd's and cd's. However their import food could be cheaper.
