Jermaine, Adrian and team are so good! Thought my phone was dead but they were honest professional and fast, fixing it in 10 minutes for a tiny price. Great experience.
Extremely helpful. Raj sorted out my charging issue, left phone with him for 30 minutes or so and came back working 100%. Very friendly and will be using again when have issue with mobile phone! Thanks again!
Have used ismash a few times now and have always been very impressed with them. This time however their was a problem. My face recognition stopped working after they had replaced the screen. I phoned through and had to take it back. The motherboard I think they said would have to be replaced as it was an issue that had happened after they repaired the screen it wasn’t going to cost anything. Took just over a week to repair and is now back good as new. Would I recommend them yes 100% think this time was just one of those things. Staff at bluewater are very professional and friendly and know their stuff. Take out the screen protection you get another two screen replacements within two years and unlimited screen protectors. The price varies depending on if they have a deal on but even at it’s most expensive £49 still saves you atleast £150 if like me your a bit clumsy.
No fault of their own. Friendly staff and small easy to locate type of business. However. They don't do water damage just as an FYI
