Went up to the NYX counter to purchase some lipstick, I've heard nothing but good things about the brand and their staff so I figured I might as well give it a go.
Met two lovely ladies, one was wearing the most gorgeous PRIDE themed eye shadow, what lovely staff members they are!  Unfortunately I didn't manage to get her name (though I believe it might have been Charlotte) but she gave amazing customer service, suggested brilliant products and was generally the friendliest person I've ever been served by at a makeup counter!
Couldn't have asked for a better ‭‭experience, made my day!

Pretty good but doesn’t have a gift area which was disappointing but it does have an area downstairs where you could print off pictures or turn them into a calendar, etc, just disappointing that the 1 hour service wasn’t 1 hour.

a very large boots, an ideal place for Christmas shopping. service was great, like any other branch.

They don't answer their phones, must drive there to ask a question - I needed to talk to someone in the pharmacy and dialled and waited for 45minutes, tried general equires to see if someone would pick up - waited 30 minutes, gave up after 2 hours
