I love game, I love the staff, and I love this store. But I just wish that the queue didn't occupy the store to the degree that you cannot browse the awesome merch. Honestly I tried twice over a period of three hours and I couldn't even get in.

These people who have left bad reviews are just salty. Companies don't employ rude staff. It takes a rude action to receive one, the majority of people complaining about that probably are just rude people. Been going to this store for years, friendly and helpful staff. Do your research on a product before you come in, the staff aren't required to know the ins and outs of all the individual games and consoles with your stupid questions. The store itself is decent, always has decent stock of a variety of games. Not a fan of the new tech gadget section but oh well! The staff are great, taken part in many in store competitions and they are really cool. Great store!

Mostly selling tat these days such as video game related hats, keyrings and Funko Pops. An incredibly poor range of brand new games and mostly stock preowned games which are priced roughly the same or higher as new and sealed on Amazon. I only shop here to browse or when there's an exclusive version of something I really want, which is rare.

Poor service! Tried to call up to see whether they had a PS4 in stock for trade in but never picked up after waiting for 5 minutes. When I actually got to the store at 8pm they turned me away saying it's too late for trading in! Worse store ever!

Thook a ps4 in they looked all over sent me away for 45mins only for me to be told we can't take it waste of time Game go else where and try to sell you insurance i said no don't ask me again still no should have gone Tesco
