I’d like to highlight the outstanding service from Paul, regarding the purchase of a sound bar and surround speakers from the Bose outlet in Bluewater over the last couple of days. Hugely knowledgable, patient and helpful, Paul has been the deciding factor in purchasing the above equipment, which I correctly set-up this afternoon, due mainly to the guidance and advice he gave in store. From unhurried, efficient demonstrations of various audio set-ups, to quickly matching prices on offer elsewhere and freely giving of his time to provide clear, practical, technical support, Paul’s manner, guidance and subject knowledge have been of the highest quality. I recommend a visit to this outlet without hesitation or reservation. Superb service from start to finish. Faultless.
Terrible Customer Service, Unfriendly staff I took back some bluetooth wireless headphones that had a serious manufacturers fault but they refused to exchange them even though they agreed that it was a manufacturers fault , instead they fogged me off with the tel. no for Boss customer services surely hoping that the hustle of phoning, explaining the faults and then waiting for headphones to be picked up and waiting again for the replacements to arrive will put me off. I definitely will not be buying from that shop ever again, in fact I am rather put off buying Boss again due to the hassle and bad quality of their products.
Walked into the Bose store in Bluewater yesterday and was greeted by Paul..wow! What fab customer service. Very professional, friendly and had all the answers to my questions..was a delight to meet him and I must say that this guy is a credit to Bose..Thank You Paul..
Great service. Bought a pair of QC35 II from the states that were faulty called Bose Bluewater told me to come in. And they replaced it there an then. Would buy Bose products again.
I've had an issue with my Bose headphones. The staff was very helpful and sorted the problem in less than 10 minutes time! Huge thanks for Chris!
Rude staff, not bothering to help customers, I was looking for a wireless headphones, been searching for price and specifications of the headphones for about 5 minutes, nobody aproched to ask if they can help because they were too busy chatting. Went out pissed of to apple store and got myself a beats studio headphones
I would like to complain about a store, Bose in Bluewater Kent, what a miserable experience we had there, the store lost our sale, Amazon gained it instead, we will never use the store again, may explain why it was empty.
Amazing sounds just a bit pricey but you can't cut corners when it comes to quality
A nice clean store with helpful and very pleasant staff selling a great product.

Terrible service, i took back a pair of bluetooth headphones with a manufacturing fault they said they run out of headphones to give me as a replacement, sounds like a lame excuse as they had some on display, I believe they could not be bothered and fobbed me off with the customer care service number, i would not be buying anything from the bluewater bose store again .
