I had excellent experience at this store the lovely ladies working at toys section were amazing. We came a long way from London to buy a specific set for my sister’s 18th birthday. She’ll be over the moon when she get’s to open this. Thank you for being so kind and helpful with all. I will certainly visit this branch again.
Received great customer service from John Lewis on Thursday. Sadly I don't remember their name, but the manager was very helpful with sorting out DPD failing to deliver my items. Gave me a refund on my early delivery fee, contacted DPD and the items were delivered later that day. Really appreciate it, and the items delivered were high quality and packaged sensibly.
My wife and I had a nursery appointment & consultation for first time parents with Simon and he was absolutely fantastic. He tolerated my dumb questions and explained everything very well. He made the experience very lovely and knowledgeable. Recommend him and this service for all first time parents!
I’m really happy with the customer service at John Lewis. I was served by Rania in the children’s section — she was very attentive, asked if I needed a gift receipt, recommended additional items that I ended up purchasing, and wrapped everything beautifully.
I purchased a formal wear gift that required gift wrapping. Unfortunately, the suit was too large for the oversized wrap. However, the kind customer service team Claire & Carol worked their magic, pouring love into the process to make it work. I truly appreciate their outstanding support and dedication in going above and beyond.
